Legal Basis
Processing of contact form data is based on the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on legitimate interest where necessary to respond to your enquiry and operate the website securely. Where applicable, processing may also rely on legal obligations, including those relating to accounting and tax records.
Marketing communications and newsletters are not part of the contact form process and are not offered through this website.
Required and Optional Data
Fields marked as required on the contact form must be completed to send an enquiry. Optional fields include company, location and estimated date. You must confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy before submitting the form.
Processing Methods
Data is processed using electronic tools with organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the services provided. Access is limited to what is necessary to handle enquiries and operate the website.
Service Providers
The website currently relies on the following service providers:
Typography is served through Next.js font optimisation without loading Google Fonts at runtime from your browser.
If contact form email delivery is configured, enquiries may be transmitted through Resend solely to forward your message to the data controller. When that integration is not configured, the form cannot send messages electronically and you may contact the data controller directly by email.
The Contact page shows a local editorial map graphic and provides an optional link to Google Maps for the San Cassiano area. See the External Content section below for how that link is handled.
- Vercel — hosting and website infrastructure
- Sanity — content management for the private studio area at /studio, not for public contact form storage
External Content
The Contact page map is a static graphic generated on this website. It does not communicate with Google and no Google Maps content is embedded on that page.
Opening the separate "Open in Google Maps" link is a voluntary action that opens Google Maps in a new browser tab and may take you to a third-party website outside this portfolio.
International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Italy or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law should apply to those providers.
Retention Period
Information submitted through the contact form and enquiries that do not result in a professional engagement will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months from the last meaningful communication.
If an enquiry results in a contractual or professional relationship, the relevant information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for any additional period required by applicable accounting, tax, contractual or legal obligations.
Accounting and tax documentation is retained for the period required by applicable law, which may differ depending on the type of record and the obligation concerned.

Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:
